The Artisan Cheese Factory in Loleta strives to be the industry leader in producing superior quality, all-natural, small batch, artisan cheeses. To keep our cheese pure, creamy and consistent it takes the milk from cows chewing on the green grass, with high level of clover, found in Humboldt County. That being said, our goal will never be to produce millions of pounds of cheese or distribute nationwide but rather to put the best tasting, freshest cheese in the hands of the people who appreciate it.
